Pickup of items purchased will be on Friday or Saturday, 9-3:00PM at the estate sale house.

Purchase Instructions for the ONLINE SALE on Wednesday -Thursday
If you would like to make a purchase, please read the instructions below:

1. On Wednesday, March 13 starting at 9:00 AM, please email us at EstateSalesByMagnolia@gmail.com, as to what item(s) you wish to purchase - please include the cost, brief description of the item and your NAME & PHONE NUMBER! EMAIL only please. We will be taking the emails in order of which we receive them. We will be selling items on a first come, first serve basis.

*Note - I usually receive 25-30 emails exactly at 9:00AM. I will take them as they are generated on my computer email. Unfortunately, there are instances where multiple customers send an email for the exact same item at the exact same time - hence, there will always be that chance that you're item will be sold before you have the chance to purchase. Please note * that it will take me most of the morning to contact those who sent their emails at 9:00AM. I might not be able to contact those that sent later until the afternoon.

DO NOT CALL ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE - we will not be able to answer the phone.

2. We will be calling customers to verify the items they wish to purchase in order of which we received the emails. Please be patient as we usually are flooded with emails initially on the first and second days and it will take time to reach everyone. We will be asking for your, name, credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back of your card. Please have this information ready. There is a 3% Fee collected for credit card purchases.

3. Once CC is processed, we will give you the date, time & address of the pickup. PLEASE BRING MUSCLE TO REMOVE YOUR ITEMS FROM THE HOME! We do not personally offer delivery service at this time.

4. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

IN -HOME SALES TERMS:
**In Home Estate Sale begins on Friday, March 15 and Saturday, March 16. 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

-Sign in sheet for controlled entry will be available one hour (8:00AM) before door opens.
- BRING your own muscle to move items.
-Cash preferred. Major credit cards accepted for sales over $50.00. No checks please.
-All items are sold “As Is” – no refunds, exchanges or returns.
-All items must be removed by END OF SALE!
-There are no previews, pre-sales or pre-pricing information given.
-Please be respectful and remember you are shopping in someone’s home.
-Our prices are FIRM on the first day of the sale. Please don’t ask for discounts on Day 1 – we will have to turn you down.
-We will hold items (while shopping) for purchase only.
-Open boxes welcome. Backpack, large purses and large bags will not be allowed inside the house!
-We will have only a limited number of boxes and wrapping, so please plan on bringing your own supplies for your items purchased.
-Homeowner nor Magnolia Estate Sales are responsible for any injuries or liabilities outside or inside the home that may occur during the estate sale.
-No strollers allowed. **Small children must be supervised at all times.
-No public bathroom available.
-No food or drink allowed inside.
