If you would like to make a purchase, please read the instructions below:

1. On Friday, February 4, starting at 8:00 AM, please click on the item you wish to purchase and follow instructions OR email us at EstateSalesByMagnolia@gmail.com, as to what item(s) you wish to purchase - please include the cost, brief description of the item and your PHONE NUMBER! EMAIL only please. We will be taking the emails in order of which we receive them. We will be selling items on a first come, first serve basis.

*Note - I usually receive 25-30 emails exactly at 8:00AM. I will take them as they are generated on my computer email. Unfortunately, there are instances where multiple customers send an email for the exact same item at the exact same time - hence, there will always be that chance that you're item will be sold before you have the chance to purchase.

DO NOT CALL ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE - we will not be able to answer the phone.
***PLEASE NOTE - we will not be acknowledging any emails sent prior to 8:00 AM on February 4th!

2. We will be calling customers to verify the items they wish to purchase in order of which we received the emails. Please be patient as we usually are flooded with emails initially on the first and second days and it will take time to reach everyone. We will be asking for your, name, credit card number, expiration date and the 3 digit code on the back of your card. Please have this information ready.

3. Once CC is processed, we will give you the date, time & address of the pickup. We do not personally offer delivery service at this time.
