Please park on the East side of the street Only (same side as the homes).

For two sales this fabulous, expect lines to start sometime in the early morning.
We will honor a list or pass out numbers in the event a list has not been started. We will let in the number of people that can be safely accommodated at one time. This provides a better experience for everyone and keeps the sale from becoming overcrowded. We do appreciate your patience during this time.
All Items are priced prior to the start of the sale. If you happen to see an item that has no price tag, please bring it to the cashier. If you are interested in a large item, please have it marked as SOLD by one of our staff members and proceed to the cashier.
REMEMBER: Our selling window is very short and items are PRICED TO SELL.
Please bring enough muscle to lift and load large items and a vehicle big enough to transport them.

All purchased items must be paid for and taken out or scheduled for pick-up by the end of the posted sale hours.
