Pick It Fence Estate Sale this weekend at 8480 Carradale Dr., Caledonia, IL. Friday and Saturday, October 11th & 12. Sale hours are 9:00-4:00 with a sign up sheet both mornings at 8:00am.

Upscale home with many unique treasures spanning generations. Lots of desirable primitive furniture and accent items. Early 19th century seven foot French farm table with six chairs. Another solid oak 6.5 foot farm table, primitive blanket chest, magnificent George111 down filled chair, mahogany desks, dressers and end tables. Primitive chairs, chests, lamps and a primitive Connecticut made dough box, 12 gallon Red Wing crock, oak chairs and a beautiful primitive secretary. 

An extremely rare mid century Murano/Venini crystal chandelier. A large mid century Curtis Jere wall sculpture, Curtis Jere covered bridge wall sculpture, vintage linens, vintage wool Pendleton buggy blanket. Lots of Japanese, Santa Fe and Mexico items. Majolica, crystal, mid century decanters, original oil paintings, large format professionally framed prints of Chicago, beautiful mirrors, lamps and decor.

Professional printing items including an HP Designjet Z5400, flat screen tv, almost new Samsung smart washer and dryer, teal shelving, newer Troy built rear tine tiller, John Deere dump cart, antique carpenters work bench, yard tools, packed kitchen, lady’s higher end clothing, men’s leather coats, a few vintage clothing items.

Credit cards will be accepted with a 4% service charge.  Everything will be Sold "As Is" and All Sales are Final, NO RETURNS, so please inspect your items carefully!  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.  We DO NOT have people available to move heavy items so plan to bring help for your big items.  Please be respectful when parking.  Do not park on the neighbors lawns or block their mailboxes or driveways.  No prices will be posted before sale. No early sales.
