CASH, Venmo, Cash App and Credit Cards accepted. There is a 4% fee plus tax for credit cards.
Tax of 6.25% will be charged on all purchases as required by law.
No large purses, bags or backpacks will be allowed inside the sale.
Boxes and bags will be provided.

Be careful parking and don't block driveway or neighbor's driveway.
Parking is at the American Legion - Gravel Lot. The address for this lot is shown as the sale address. No parking in the house driveway except by permission of estate sale manager when loading furniture. Exit your car and walk a short distance over to the sale by following the signs.

Line numbers will be handed out starting at 8 a.m. on Friday - Entry at 9 a.m.

Metro Estate Sales does not test items for legitimacy.
Metro Estate Sales staff does NOT move, carry or load items for you. You must provide any boxes and/or packing material needed for transportation of items.

This sale is on three levels. No not go upstairs or downstairs if you have any doubts about your ability to walk up or down them unassisted.

INJURY & DAMAGE: By attending, attendees acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury and/or property damage and further agrees to hold Auctioneers, Owners, its Officers, or Employees harmless for any personal injury to himself and/or his Agents and any property damage incurred on sale premises.
