This lovely Carol Stream home has a great variety of well-cared for items, there is truly something for everyone. We have posted preliminary pictures below, but please CHECK BACK with us this week as we setup and take lots more pictures to post!

We have a lot of furniture which will be priced to sell: Living room furniture including sofas, end tables, recliners, occasional tables, wicker chair, lovely dining room set(table, six chairs, china hutch), a very nice corner desk, bedroom furniture (yes we have two twin beds), master bedroom set with like new mattress.

Outdoor items, some currently stored in a lovely gazebo outside, two swings, bench, patio sets, garden items, etc.

Kitchen items including dishes, a HUGE amount of pots and pans, glassware, baking items, entertaining pieces, Corningware, Pyrex, flatware, set of lovely gold banded china, Christmas set of china, beautiful Old Willow tea set, wine glasses, crystal pieces, like new sets of Carvel Hall steak knives, many grape/wine theme kitchen items including complete set of dishes and wine glasses.

FUN STUFF!! We have lots of games, stuffed animals (including Care Bears!, Disney characters, really NICE and well-care for), autographed basketballs by Shaquille O'Neal, Larry Johnson, Tracy McGrady, Penny Hardaway, also hats signed by Jamal Mashburn and Chris Webber. Nice Sony Cybershot digital camera, DVD/VHS players, printers, Pioneer surround sound, Toshiba Pocket PC and Belkin Pocket Keyboard, a 1957 Corvette 1:18 die cast car along with Elvis' Pink 1955 Cadillac 1:18 die cast, both in original boxes. Corgi small diecast cars/trucks, Cox radio controlled airplane. Lots of children's books, some toys, including a Vintage Wonder Horse....looks like it was never assembled and was never used! Super folding ping pong table, dart board, golf clubs, camping gear, fishing poles, reels and gear, nice bar glasses and bar ware, along with a nice small, dorm-size fridge, perfect for entertaining!

Nice selection of costume jewelry, some sterling and gold pieces also.

There is a smaller sized refrigerator as well as chest freezer to hold those "extras" for the upcoming holidays, also a dorm size refrigerator.

A super selection of Christmas decor, and other holiday items. A nice Prestige jukebox (needs some parts), LOTS of books and TONS and TONS of DVDs, VHS, CDs, cassettes, much, much more.
