Sale hours are am 9:00AM- 4:00PM first day and 9:00-3:00PM of last day

ITEMS ARE SOLD IRL – IN REAL LIFE (NO ONLINE SALES) ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS. SOME ITEMS IN PHOTOS AND VIDEOS MAY HAVE ALREADY SOLD WHEN YOU ARRIVE.

THERE ARE NO BIG PURSES, BAGS, BOXES, STROLLERS, PET OR BABY CARRIERS PERMITTED INSIDE

Please inspect your treasures before you buy them. All sales are final - there are no refunds or exchanges.
We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order.

PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD, MOVE, OR DISASSEMBLE HEAVY ITEMS.

We accept Cash, most Debit and Credit Cards and ZELLE.
NOTE: There is a 4% fee with Credit & Debit purchases.

By entering the premises you acknowledge you are entering by your own accord and understand the risks involved and agree to hold Steeple Run Estate Sales and the homeowners harmless. PLEASE BE CAREFUL. NEITHER THE HOME OWNER NOR STEEPLE RUN ESTATE SALES, LLC ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESSES WHATSOEVER THAT ARISE FROM BEING ON THE PREMISES.

ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. PLEASE INSPECT, RESEARCH AND MEASURE PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Buyers are responsible for removing their own purchases from the premises each day unless otherwise arranged with the a member of Steeple Run Estate Sales.
We are not responsible for items you purchase and forget to take with you.
We cannot move or deliver furniture for you, not even to your car.

For security purposes, there is a working video camera recording transactions at the sale. SMILE!
