The Home is being sold (as is) the property is located in a mature & lush green quite setting in a great neighborhood ,it is a ranch style home and it does need updating , there are 3 bedrooms 1 ba, kitchen, living room w/ pass through fireplace and 1 car garage , full basement with fire place, and a wonderful Greenhouse attached it is on 1 acre of property with great neighbors ..
This is a Great Sale for all of you Teachers & Artistic ones ,c rafters and Quilt maker's..... the owner was a teacher of Ceramics, Sewing & quilting,
There are 4 sewing machines All the Fabric,mostly Cotton , + scissors, buttons and trims , lace, gimp, jute ,silk threads and 1000's of patterns and books on how to as well as embroidery & stitchery, We could open a store , She made cloth and porcelain Dolls and Teddy bear's, as well as , Christmas ornaments, and other Christmas craft's, She was also a Fabulous Wedding Florist, and had her own Greenhouse and grew lot's of plants so there are an abundance of potting items and wicker baskets & furnishings..& containers for flowers and plants, as well as the chemicals for growing . she loved to Travel & take photos so there are many cameras & photo albums. She loved working with miniatures... She also was quite the cook and baker & has wonderful Quality kitchen supplies, she Entertained so there are many quality set's of china & dish ware.. milk glass, pewter, depression glass, Blue & white , Delft, small appliances, Teapot collection , Cast iron enamel ware, stainless steel, lots of ceramic hand made pieces...as well as green ware bisque ready to decorate, scrap booking supplies and jewelry making Beads and Tons of Great costume Jewelry, Electronics, tv's , stereo's, cassette and cd's, vcr tapes.. lots of picture frames , Books, every effort has been made to display all of the overwhelming abundance of items. there is a HP 2002 windows XP pavilion Home Desk Top Computer that was never hooked up to the internet only used to keep inventory very little use super low hours ....also a newer computer desk, the list goes on and on......
