A fantastic and "true" estate sale (meaning something for everyone! A very clean home and several different styles of decorating! Long time owners, 35+ yrs of Indian Acres Swim Club and one of the founding teachers of The Academy at Central High School, the Arnold Family is a well-known name in our community.

In the basement, we have a huge (100+ canvases) original artwork collection by the homeowners' son, Trey Coppland, with the basement being a painting studio at some point. Mostly very colorful, large format abstract acrylic canvases, sizes ranging from 4' x 3', 3' x 2' and 2' x 2' . Most of the paintings are very colorful, more on the modern side, abstract, and expressionist. There are darker colors and styles too. Several are framed, several have been professionally framed. The unframed art looks great on their own too because of their modern style. These paintings, because there are so many, will be PRICED TO SELL!! Meaning very affordably. Prices will range from $20-$125 each, with maybe a few over that. Trey's work has been sold and shown both in the southwest and midwest. OWN ORIGINAL ART!

5. A unique glass-front cabinet by Bob Timberlake by Lexington Furniture. With two drawers up top.

7. Stressless recliner with footstool (footstool needs repair)
8. Two computers- a 2020 MacBook Air laptop and a Telikin Computer "simple,easy to use computer for seniors)
9. FANTASTIC BOOK COLLECTION, newer. Kathleen has been in book clubs for years! Some collectible leather-bound books too.

1. A few authentic vintage MCM gems. Including a to-die-for 7' walnut credenza by American of Martinsville. End tables, pottery, artwork, MCM wingback chair, a Queen/Full size headboard with frame.

7. Nice microwave, packed kitchen! Good kitchen stuff!

9. Art work by Bradley Jackson, signed, numbered, and framed.
10. California Pottery vintage ceramic dish set, large set! Adorable too!
11. Beautiful Polish Pottery collection- including a paper towel holder! Never seen one!
12. Like-new white Kitchen-Aid mixer in box! "used two or three times and it was too heavy"
13. Two beautiful wall clocks; newer Bulova, and an antique oak Seth Thomas chiming 31 day clock.
14. Two like-new and GOOD-LOOKING electric recliners (lift too) by Ultra Comfort America. Very comfortable and spotless too!
15. Very nice! Very functional, good-looking desk. Lots of storage! People spend thousands on these, we sell these desks for a fraction of the cost due to time constraints.

17. Family had decorations up when I did the assessment, so I just told them to leave them up. Nice Christmas here! Nice trees with boxes, light up outdoor trees, Christopher Radko ornaments, very pretty lighted garlands.
