Estate Sale of Dr. Edward and Antje Kolodziej
Historic home in Champaign known as the McKinley-Stipes home, was built in the 1860s. I wanted to take this sale on as a treat to my customers- this home needs to be seen! The home will be available for sale soon, listed by Lisa Duncan.
Edward was a political science professor at the Univeristy, and the founding director of the Center for Global Studies at the U of I. Both Ed and Antje were incredibly involved in the community to say the least.
The asphalt circle drive in front of home is pretty uneven, so please use the designated pedestrian sidewalks when walking to and from the house! The driveway is fine for pickups in vehicles, just please use extra caution with footing attending this sale, especially if you're attending Friday night! Dark at 7pm! Central High School Students park along University Ave during the week, but neighbors say they usually clear out close to 3:30pm
