A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR SALES.....

  • We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.
  • Every household item is available to the public...NO pre-sales. Workers and staff DO NOT purchase items before the doors open. If you see something in a photo, once in the house ask a staff member to help direct you to that location.
  • Customer Number Pad available at the front door starting at 8:00pm Wednesday....the number of customers entering the home will be based on the size of the individual home...we try to get all customers into the house in an orderly and quick fashion.
  • The prices are firm on the first day, 25% off on the second day and 50% off on the third day.
  • We offer a Bid Slip system for items if you are not able to be present at opening on the 2nd or 3rd day....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment preventing your early return to shop....ask a staff member for Bid Slips and details.
  • All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Saturday 4:00pm.
