This is Phase 7...Offering over 150 BOXES RECENTLY UNPACKED FROM STORAGE AREA #7.... we are cleaning out storage facilities of antiques & collectibles that have been boxed and stored for 25-50 years. A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR SALES.....

• We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.
• All Items are available to the public...NO pre-sales. Workers & staff DO NOT purchase items before the doors open.
• Customer Number Pad available at the front entrance starting at 8:00pm Thursday....the number of customers entering the sale varies on the crowd size & space available....we try to get all customers into the grounds in an orderly & quick fashion.
• All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.
• Bid-Slips are date and time stamped....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment & cannot come back until a convenient time...ask a staff member for bid slips and details.
