No pre-sales as much as I'd like to!! Everything is sold on a first come, first serve basis.
If you are planning on coming early, make sure to bring a "place marker" to mark your spot in line. (a coffee cup, a brick, etc). One place marker PER person and you MUST remain on premises until we open.
Once inside, everything will be priced and tagged. If there is something large you would like to purchase, just pull the tag and you may continue to walk around and shop. Pulling that tag signifies you are purchasing that item and you must be 100% sure to pull the tag because our #1 rule is you are not allowed to put tags back on items. Please bring help to move large items and lastly, HAVE FUN AT OUR SALES! They are a blast. Hope to see you there! We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit cards.

Home is like a show-room!

House was purchased within the last few years.
Mostly everything in the home was either purchased from
Carter's Furniture (also all 3 yrs old at the most) or from
the Eiteljorg Navajo Rug Auction
at the Eiteljorg Native and Western Art Museum in Indianapolis.



 

Two outstanding rugs, both purchased from the Eastern Rug Gallery in Champaign

  • 9'10" x 6'8" Stunning, very, very fine authentic Persian, Tabriz rug, made in Iran. Purchased 4 years ago, paid $15,000. 450 knots per square inch. 100% wool pile with silk inlay and outlining, on a silk foundation.
  • 8'2" Round rug, has some bleeding from cleaning. Persian design, made in Pakistan. 300 knots per square inch. Paid around $5,000.

All two years old, purchased from Carter's Furniture

  • Gorgeous mocha-color leather, tufted couch by Smith Brothers. 
  • Gorgeous coffee-color leather, tufted chair by Smith Brothers. Oversized
  • Beautiful round, star glass coffee table by Hooker Furniture
  • End table and matching low console by Hooker Furniture
  • Sweet, dovetailed small chest by Bob Timberlake for Lexington Furniture with hinges
  • Very nice lamps, all still with plastic on them
  • Gorgeous dark dining/kitchen set with 1 leaf, custom tabletop protective pads, and 6 chairs. Three are armed, 3 are armless. I think the idea was to have one as a desk chair.
  • Queen size Stearns & Foster "Luxe Estate" pillowtop mattress and thin boxspring
  • 2 queen size metal bed frames with rails. Headboard, footboard, and rails. Pretty
  • Beautiful, oversized night stand with self-closing drawers and outlet strip attached to back. 
  • Pretty cherry, petite, 5 drawer chest by Lexington
  • Cream-color leather electric recliner
