A FEW NOTES ABOUT OUR SALES.....

  1. We always stay open until 6:00pm for your convenience.
  2. All Items are available to the public...NO pre-sales. Workers & staff DO NOT purchase items before the doors open.
  3. Customer Number Pad available at the front entrance starting at 8:00pm Thursday....the number of customers entering the sale varies on the crowd size & space available....we try to get all customers into the grounds in an orderly & quick fashion.
  4. All pre-purchased furniture must be picked up by Sunday 4:00pm.
  5. Bid-Slips are date and time stamped....a convenient way for you to purchase something if you have a commitment & cannot come back until a convenient time...ask a staff member for bid slips and details.
