DATES OF THIS ESTATE TAG SALE: Thursday, September 2nd: 4 pm -- 7 pm; Friday, September 3rd: 9 am – 6 pm; and Saturday, September 4th: 9 am – 2 pm (1/2 price all day). Address will be available after 9 a.m. Wednesday, September 1st.
• Each customer is responsible for securing their individual place in line, as numbers will not be given. You may not leave the area. Those in line will be able to enter in order of arrival.
• SAFETY: For the safety of all attending this sale, Masks and social distancing are encouraged. Please be respectful of those attending, and use social distancing when possible.
• PAYMENT: We accept cash, good check w/identification and Credit Cards (Visa / Master Card / Discover / Am Express) with purchases of $25 or more. PLEASE NOTE: a 3% surcharge, which will be added to all credit card transactions. Telephone purchases will be accepted by credit card payment only beginning one hour after the sale opens. Call Richard at 217-469-2256 to purchase an item.
NOTE: FOR THIS SALE, SOME ITEMS WILL REQUIRE A VALID / CURRENT FOID CARD FOR PURCHASING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns, refunds or exchanges.
• ALL ITEMS are sold "as is". Prices are as marked on Thursday and Friday. Saturday is HALF PRICE all day! NOTE: The Harley-Davidson Motorcycle and Side Car will not be offered at half price, nor will it be available through our regular "offer procedure."
• OFFERS: Offers will be accepted on items $50.00 or more, with a minimum offer being 50% of the original price of the item plus 10% of the original price. Example: $100.00 item: minimum offer would be $60.00 ($50.00 + $10.00 = $60.00). All offers will be reviewed at 5:30 p.m. Friday. Buyers will be notified.
• Please bring assistants for moving / loading items and containers for loading other items. You must provide your own moving help.
• NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE.
