I am happy to accept offers during sale hours, and will most likely close accepting offers on Sunday afternoon, so I can focus on conducting the estate sale. I find this the most fair way to sell these rare pieces. Please of course let me know if you have questions.
Otherwise, everything else is sold a first come, first serve. If you are planning on coming early, make sure to bring a "place marker" to mark your spot in line. (a coffee cup, a brick, etc). One place marker PER person and you MUST remain on premises until we open.
Once inside, everything will be priced and tagged. If there is something large you would like to purchase, just pull the tag and you may continue to walk around and shop. Pulling that tag signifies you are purchasing that item and you must be 100% sure to pull the tag because our #1 rule is you are not allowed to put tags back on items. Please bring help to move large items and lastly, HAVE FUN AT OUR SALES! They are a blast. Hope to see you there! We accept cash, check, Venmo and credit cards.
