Cash or good check. No previews or pre-sales. Everything shown will be available for sale Friday morning at 8am.
We will be negotiating from the beginning. Piles are appreciated and rewarded.
Help with furniture and large power tools will not be available. Furniture and large power tools may be picked up during the following week.
The sale is split between the basement in the house listed, the small house in the same property, and the garage. Space in the 2 houses is EXTREMELY limited. I will do my best before the sale to let you know individually where the items you're interested in are located.
We will do our best to keep things moving. But please be patient, and most of all, keep your sense of humor.

The sale takes place in 2 small homes and the garage.  The antiques, collectibles and power tools are in the basement only of house 1.  Mostly furniture, stamp albums, tv's, some kitchen, housewares in the little house.  Tons of books in both houses.  Garage, some power tools, Craftsman tools, small wine press, dollhouse, some antiques, misc.

The basement was a well used wood shop.  Sawdust, etc.  Breathing problems, please bring a mask or don't venture down.

We will do our best to keep things moving.  The area in the basement is quite tight.  NO BIG BAGS OR PURSES.

Furniture:

  • Queen size bed, dresser, bed side table.  NO mattress, set is upstairs, very narrow stairway
  • 2 leather recliners

  • pine church pew, was a built-in, so one side unfinished
  • rough older tables, dining room chairs
