PRE-SALES: We are offering Pre-Sales with a 20% markup.
PRICING: Pricing is Firm on Day 1 and 2. EVERYTHING IS HALF OFF ON SUNDAY!
PARKING: Parking is available at Marianos, which is adjacent to The Buckingham. Free two-hour parking with grocery purchase!
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.
ALL SALES FINAL: All items sold as-is. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: Due to restrictions enforced by the condo association, we are coordinating all furniture deliveries with Ramirez Movers on Monday, January 24. Item and address will determine delivery fee.
BRING LOADING HELP: Sale Patrons are responsible to more their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Masks are required by all buyers during pickups. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets. Our client, a former race-horse owner, lived in Hong Kong during the 1950s and 1960s. The majority of her furnishings were custom-made and are one-of-a-kind. Rosewood, Teak and Bamboo are woods of choice for the case goods. A consummate entertainer, the sale also includes a bevy of china and serving pieces.
