MUST have proper PPE to enter. Items purchased can be picked up throughout the next week must be removed no later than July 5th. If you are removing light fixtures must take full responsibility of any electrical issues.
Chicago Estate Advisors is not liable for any accidents that occur while at our sale or during our sale. When arriving you must wipe your hands with a wipe before entering the home and if you are sick wear a mask.
All sales are final!!! No exceptions!

Please look at our photos until the day of the sale. More items are occasionally added in. PLEASE BRING CASH. We sometimes list prices so you are able to see our starting price. Depending on type of sale it is, An ATM will be on location days of the sale. Please respect others when you are visiting one of Chicago Estate Advisors estate sales. Here are some basic rules for attending our sales.
We may advertise some items with prices. No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.

Everything is priced to sell!
However, we are not a thrift store and have done our research on each item we are selling, we have priced each item according to its current worth.
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
Must bring your own equipment for large items bought. (tape, cords, dolly, transportation)

We will NOT help lift, we are NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with lifting any items. Please bring someone that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
We hire security staff, they are NOT able to help lift.

If you are caught stealing, we will take the appropriate measures to contact law enforcement and press charges. You will not be permitted into future sales.
