Architectural Movement takes place within a remarkable historic residence on Chicago’s Near West Side, a home with its own architectural provenance and a collection to match. Inside, visitors step into a fully immersive environment where design, craftsmanship, and global collecting converge. This is not simply a sale — it is a curated experience.

From the moment you enter, the scale and depth of the collection are immediately apparent. Ornately carved Victorian pianos anchor light-filled rooms. Walls are hung salon-style with 19th-century European oils, impressionist works, and signed modern and contemporary pieces. Floors are layered with hand-knotted Persian and Caucasian rugs, each selected over decades of intentional collecting. Every space reflects a refined eye and a lifelong pursuit of meaningful objects.

The home itself plays a central role. Original architectural details including leaded glass panels, stained glass windows, craftsman oak doors, and cast iron elements; create a setting that elevates every piece within it.
