B&B estate sales is not Responsible for accidents or incidents. Cash only sale please. When you are buying larger items, please bring your own assistance to move these items. There will be no one on staff to assist you.
If the first person to arrive chooses to start a list they need to stay until we open.THE LIST MUST REMAIN ON THE DOOR!!! DO NOT TAKE IT TO YOUR CAR!!! Each person on the list has to stay once their name is on the list as well. We will be allowing a limited amount people in the home to shop at any given time. We want to make sure we all have enough room to social distance during this difficult times
We will also be accepting cash for all items purchased. Sales are final no refunds !
