Lists are done on your own. We will hand out numbers 30 minutes before the sale opens. Sale opens at 9:15 on Friday 02/09/24 and 9:30 on Saturday 02/10
This is a small home so we can only allow 10-person maximum in the house at one time. This is for your security and the security of our staff.
If you feel sick please wear a mask.
There are stairs in the home, so YOU ARE ENTERING AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries in or outside of the home before, during or after the sale.

ABSOLUTELY NO LARGE HANDBAGS, BACKPACKS OR MESSENGER BAGS can be brought into the sale. Please leave them in your car to avoid being refused entry. We are not responsible for accidents on or near the property. Walking areas outside may be uneven so wear sensible shoes. Some items pictured may not be available at sale time if owner has withdrawn these items. Please email or call in advance of the sale if you are interested in something specific. Sorry, but no prices can be given by phone or email. This is a cash only sale unless you are a known buyer. No Credit cards although you can Zelle. All items are sold as is and all sales are final with no returns. Bring help to lift and move.
