Here are some basic rules for attending:
No large bags are permitted during any estate sale, unless empty.
Everything is priced to sell! However, we are not a thrift store and have done our research on each item we are selling, we have priced each item according to its current worth.
We will not hold any item or items without a deposit on the items.
Must bring your own equipment for large items bought (tape, cords, dolly, transportation).
We are NOT responsible for any injures while on the property or with lifting any items. Please bring someone that can lift heavy items that you are looking to purchase.
We hire security staff, they are NOT able to help lift.
If you are caught stealing, we will take the appropriate measures to contact law enforcement and press charges. You will not be permitted into future sales.
