We will be requiring that everyone who attends our sale this weekend wears a mask due to the rise of the Covid-19 Delta variant. This is for all of our safety. 

We will provide hand sanitizer for your use.

We request that everyone try to be socially distance in the sale and outside of the sale location - 6' apart.

We will limit customers/people in the sale

if proper social distancing is not respected and maintained.

If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has Covid 19 please do not attend the sale this weekend.

 Some simple points about Ampersand Estate Sales:

·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards for sales over $10.00 but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debit Card transactions.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales. Ampersand does not provide moving help.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.

·         If you are sick or have been in contact with someone who has Covid 19 please do not attend the sale this weekend.

·         Sale Hours:

Saturday 10am to 4pm

Sunday 10am to 4pm

·         Numbers are given out at 9am Saturday & Sunday; you must be present to receive one.

·         We believe we have fairly priced the items to sell the first day.

·         On Saturday we will be full price but we are willing to entertain offers.

·         On Sunday we will be 30% off most items that cost more than $5.00 & we will be willing to entertain all other offers.  We will be accepting more aggressive offers towards the end of the day on Sunday.

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

·        Please do not park on the grass.

We charge 3% for all credit card & debt card transactions with a $10.00 minimum charge.

Please Bring Big Strong Help and Truck or Van to Load Large Items since Ampersand does not have additional staff to provide moving help. Large items can only be moved out on Friday or one day during the following week.

Items are sold AS IS, NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS, please check all items fully before you make your purchases at the estate sale.

Please be respectful and mindful of the Neighbors and abide by traffic & parking laws, Double Parking, Blocking Cars in or Blocking Driveways or Garages will possibly cause ticketing or towing of your vehicle.

This is a Private Sale and we at Ampersand reserve the right to denying entry to our sale at our discretion.

Chicago, IL. this weekend:

From W Diversey Ave and N Pulaski Road in Chicago, IL.

Take Pulaski Road north to 2850 and look for street parking.

There is also a few spots in the bar parking lot on the corner of George and Pulaski. Please park only in the spots on the south side of the parking lot.

The entrance to the sale is on George Street.

Look for our signs to lead you to the entrance.

The sale is on the second floor.
