At this Sale, We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing and offer over the phone.
There will be NO sign up sheet. You will be allowed entry one by one in the order of the line up.
NO LARGE PERSONAL BAGS ALLOWED. NONE. If you bring in a large personal handbag you will not be able to enter. Shoppings bags are fine.
We do NOT hold personal handbags.
Please bring help to load large items from our sales. We can no longer carry heavy items for you..
We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

We are proud to share with you our excitement in handling this 3 generation solid Chicago family estate.
Garage is CASH ONLY. Garage can only be entered through side gate located on Cullom.
NO garage purchases may be brought into the house.
No entry or exit through back door for the garage.
OK, ladies, we brought down hundreds of more pieces of clothing. Incredible pieces as the last sale.
The entire house will be open and that includes the garage and basement
The house if so filled with 3 generations of items that it was impossible to price every single item.
We ask that you not run to the cashier or to anyone other staff asking for a price on every item you are interested in.
To make it smooth on you and us, please read the following;
1) NO personal large bags. If we can not look in the bag, it is not allowed.
2) Bring all priced and non priced items to the cashier when you are ready to cash out. We will give you a price on non-priced items there. Please do not run to cashier for a price item by item. We will not be able to do it. Space is limited and this will be a busy sale and full of people.
3) NO hoarding and hanging on to priced items if you have no intention of buying them. Give others the chance to actually buy them.
4) Because of limited space we do ask that you bring a large shopping bag (no personal bags - only shopping bags) or bin to hold your items. The space is very limited by the cashier tables so we can not hold large amounts of piles for you.
5) Once you cash out there is no more lingering or going back to shop. Their are others in line waiting to get in. You must carry your paid for items out the door and then you can come back in. You will not be allowed to shop with items already paid for nor can we hold then for you.
6) Please put items back where you found them or at least on the floor you found them. Hang clothing back on hangers.
7) Items at the cashier tables must stay at the cashier tables until you leave. We WILL hold those bags for you.
You can purchase these when you are ready to cash out.
8) Garage entrance is on the side of the house on Cullom. Garage will have it's own cashier. Cash will only be accepted in the garage. You can NOT enter the house through the back door. You must take your items to your vehicle and then come into the front door to shop the house or vice versa.
