PRE-SALES: VIA PHONE & EMAIL ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 16 WITH A 20% EARLY ACCESS MARKUP! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
PRICING: We will not share pricing until the week of the sale! Discounts take place on Saturday, October 19, Timing TBD!
WE DO ACCEPT BIDS: At the end of Day 1, we will entertain bids up to 25% off asking price. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder at the discretion of the owner. On Day 2, we will entertain bids up to 35% off asking price until 10 am. Items will be awarded to the highest bidder between 10:00 - 10:45 am. Around noon, the majority of the items will go to half off - EXCLUSIONS APPLY!
ENTRANCE: The sign-up sheet will be out by 8 am on Friday, October 18. We are Eco-Conscious and kindly ask you to remove shoes inside the house. We do not supply booties. You may bring your own booties.
PHONE SALES: Priority is given to shoppers attending the sale. Email, text and phone inquiries during sale hours will only be answered if time permits. We appreciate your understanding.
PAYMENT: Cash, Venmo, Zelle or Credit Cards. A 3% convenience fee applies for in-person Credit Card purchases or 3.5% for over-the-phone purchases.

BRING LOADING HELP: We encourage you to use our moving services for furniture! Sale Patrons are responsible for moving their own items, large and small, and will be held liable for any damages to the property caused by moving their purchases.
FURNITURE DELIVERY: We can coordinate furniture deliveries with The Ramirez Movers, item and address determine delivery fee.
LIABILITY WAIVER: Nest Estate Sales nor the homeowner hosting the estate sale are liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. We are not liable for reactions to allergens or Covid-19 transmission and infections. Visit the property at your own discretion. We are not responsible for parking tickets. Please be respectful of neighbors, be careful and have fun!

A world-renowned conductor, Sir Andrew Davis served as Music Director of Lyric Opera of Chicago from 2000 - 2021.
We are honored to host his estate sale.
The home he shared with his beloved wife, soprano Lady Gianna Rolandi, is furnished with Art Deco & Mid-Century treasures sourced from England, France, Italy, Sweden & the United States.
His taste in art is eclectic and ranges from Alphonse Mucha to Utagawa Hiroshige.
His china and crystal patterns are from Royal Doulton & Tiffany & Co to Waterford, Baccarat & Lalique.
An avid reader, he has scores of books.
