Absentee Bidding will be Available on our website through hibid.com at www.directauction.com (20% Buyer's Premium for Bids Left on Hibid or when Bidding Live On-Site - Absentee Bidding on our Site Closes at 10:30 AM on Auction Day). You may Bid Live Online at www.liveauctioneers.com (25% Buyer's Premium for this Site - Please Pre-Register for the Auction on this Site well Ahead of the Auction, as you will need to be Approved). Live Bids from the Auction Floor will be combined with Live Online Bidding and Absentee pre-bids in order to achieve the final result. All Merchandise is Sold As Is / Where Is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind. All sales are final. No Refunds. Direct Auction Galleries shall not be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, suitability of, or defect in any lot. Bidder Inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Direct Auction Galleries reserves the right to reject any bid or bidder at its discretion. In the event of a discrepancy, technical glitch, or any other circumstance, the auctioneer's decision on who is the winning bidder is final. Direct Auction Galleries shall not be held responsible for missed bids, internet outages, or anything else that might cause a bidder (internet, absentee or live bidding) to lose an item at auction. Direct Auction Galleries reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Some items may have reserves, and, as such, the auctioneer has the right to bid on the seller's behalf. There will be an additional 3% Buyer's Premium (Administrative Fee) when paying by Credit Card or Paypal. Some Items must be Picked up or Shipped via a 3rd Party Shipper, unless it is Extremely Easy to Ship, then we will ship it and charge you for doing so, plus Insurance (Jewelry, Coins, etc.). Any Item not Marked as "Shipping Available" Cannot be Shipped in-house (See our website for Recommended Packers / Shippers). It is the Buyer's Responsibility to Contract with the 3rd Party Shipper and pay them for Packing, Shipping, and Insurance. We can also bring some Items to our local ups store for you. 10 1/4% Illinois State Sales Tax on top of the Hammer Price and Buyer's Premium will apply to all Items Purchased, unless shipped out-of-state, or unless the Buyer has a valid dealer's resale number on file. Payment Terms are Cash, Cashier's Check, Wire Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Unless you are a regular customer of Direct Auction Galleries, all Long-Distance Purchases of coins or jewelry over $800 must be made by wire transfer. Payment(s) should be made to Direct Auction Galleries within 3 days of the Auction. A Late fee of an additional 5% Buyer's Premium will be Added for all Items not paid for or picked up within 7 days of the Auction.
