**Payment:**
Cash is preferred\. Venmo and Zelle are also accepted\. All sales are final\. Items are sold **AS IS, WHERE IS**, with no warranties or guarantees\.

**Purchases & Pickup:**
Buyers are responsible for removing, loading, transporting, and disposing of their purchased items\. Please bring your own help, tools, vehicles, and packing materials as needed\.

If you are unable to take your purchase with you on the day of the sale, a **next\-day pickup may be scheduled in advance**\. All purchased items must be picked up within a few days of the sale, on a mutually agreed\-upon pickup date and time\. Items not picked up within the agreed\-upon timeframe may be considered abandoned, with no refund\.

**Large or Heavy Items:**
Buyers are responsible for safely removing all furniture and other large or heavy items\. We are not responsible for damage to the buyer’s vehicle, property, or purchased items during removal or transportation\.

**Safety & Liability:**
By entering the property and participating in the sale, buyers and guests agree to exercise reasonable care and assume responsibility for their own safety\. Please watch your step and use caution around stairs, doorways, furniture, boxes, uneven surfaces, and other potential hazards\.

The sellers are not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage occurring on the property, including inside the home, garage, driveway, yard, or surrounding areas, **except to the extent caused by the seller’s negligence or as otherwise required by law**\.

**All Sales Final:**
All sales are final\. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing\. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be given\.
