We will be following the State of IL Dept of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines in regards to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We will be mandating masks be worn on the premises the entire time and the mask cover both your nose and mouth! If not followed, we will ask you to leave the premises WITHOUT purchasing any items. We will also be restricting the number of people allowed in the house and in each room to maintain the recommended 6 foot distance. Due to the number of items throughout the house, we expect a longer than usual wait time for those of you in line. There will be a sign up sheet beginning each day at 7 AM. You will need to use our sign up sheet and not start your own. No early birds, please!
Payments accepted are Cash, Venmo and Zelle. If paying by Credit Card, you will incur an additional 5% transaction fee of your total purchase. Must bring help to load large items. Items must be picked up by end of sale or arrangements must be made at a later date. Not held responsible for accidents.
