No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is. Sheridan Estate Sales II is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

We do not give out merchandise prices before the sale. We are just that busy. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Sometimes merchandise is removed from a sale by the clients after they appear in the photographs. We try our best to avoid this situation, but it does happen. Check back frequently to see the updated pictures.

If you are caught by our security cameras removing items without paying for them the footage will be given to the local police authority. Charges will be brought up against you. Our cameras are sharp and excellent at recording! You will be banned from future sales.

Sheridan Estate Sales II, the best estate sale company ever, is back in Roscoe Village. We specialize in conducting Three day estate sales in High End homes with large footprints located around Sheridan Road, but we do conduct sales in most North Shore communities. We were awarded the 2019 Best Liquidator of Wilmette. Plus the City of Highland Park chose Sheridan Estate Sales II, from among more than 300 other companies, to conduct a sale of their City assets. We are members of the Wilmette/Kenilworth and Winnetka/Northfield Chambers of Commerce, in addition to the elite American Society of Estate Liquidators (ASEL).

Upgeaded twice toSale of the Month. Wonder Woman Collectables HOT, we have Wonder Woman Collectables. Toy Story Collectables HOT, we have Toy Story Collectables. Beyond the collectible toys, we have large volumes of vintage Christmas, watches, bobbleheads (nodders), military, and sports memorabilia. Most collectibles are NEW IN BOX.

Because of the nature and fragility of the collectables children will not be allowed at this sale.

No more than 10 customers will be allowed in the house at one time. As with all our sales on Friday only the first five are allowed in right at the beginning. Five more are allowed into the sale 15 minutes later. Remember we honor a WATCHED list if you get to the sale before it opens. A watched list is not a pad of paper someone leaves at the door the night before the sale. Find the list and get your name on it.

FRIDAY UPDATE _ Well. We had a stunning number for average sale today. Large chunks of merchandise kept on flowing out of the sale today. I hate to say it, the house is still FULL of merchandise. We hope to see you this weekend!

SATURDAY UPDATE - WOW. A crazy busy day today. Due to COVID 19 we had a line well beyond 2pm. Just a little bit more is left to sell out of the home. See you Sunday.
