The owners of this cool 1948 2-flat have decided to sell and retire to San Diego after their son and his wife purchased a home of their own and moved out of the second floor apartment. Aside from a few items that they will be taking to San Diego with them, everything in their beautiful first floor apartment will be for sale. Many of the items represent the homeowners' travels all around the world.
