Sheridan Estate Sales II accepts Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, and Mobile Pay with no minimum. Sheridan II does not guarantee the authenticity or working order of any piece of merchandise we sell. No refunds or exchanges. Everything is sold as is.

Please bring your own movers and moving equipment (dolly, blankets, tape, etc) for your heavy purchases.

Sheridan II only posts enough pictures and a list to give you a flavor of our sale. We believe in the hunt!

Except for Buy it Now items we do not give out sales prices before the sale. In most of our sales we offer the furniture as "But it now". We are always open to offers on merchandise. Once you have been informed that your offer on the merchandise has been accepted we will invoice you on our secure register system by email. You must pay this invoice immediately. We do not hold items. If you do not pay the invoice immediately, the merchandise could be sold to another customer.

Sheridan II honors a single WATCHED list. Numbers are given out 30 minutes prior to the sale start each day. You must be present to receive a number.

Nordine Hires Sheridan Estate Sales II

Public sale of complete home contents conducted by Sheridan Estate Sales II, is scheduled for June 28^th, 29^th, and 30^th.

Wilmette, Illinois – Through a public sale, interested individuals and organizations will have an opportunity to acquire items from the home of Ken Nordine in Chicago. The sale will be conducted Friday, June 28 from 8:30 AM to 4 PM, Saturday, June 29 from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday, June 30 from 11 AM to 3 PM. The contents for sale include furniture, household items, memorabilia, and more. Items for sale and the address will be posed via a website link on Sheridan Estate Sales II website at www.sheridan2inc.com prior to the sale.

The estate solicited quotes and contracted with Sheridan Estate Sales II, of Wilmette, Illinois, a highly qualified estate sale services company, to manage the sale including cataloging the contents, marketing the sale, handling point of sale transactions, and coordinating content removal.

Ken Nordine, an American voice-over and recording artist, was the Chicago creator of Word Jazz, a style of audio story telling. Repeats of his Word Jazz radio show can still be heard at midnight on Sundays on WBEZ/ NPR radio.

Don’t be fooled by a gigantic home sale this weekend. This is the Sheridan Estate Sales II Sale of the Week. Wow, this three story mansion is really starting to shape up. There are no parking restrictions in the neighborhood, but it is Chicago, so it is well worth the drive. Some very distinct pieces of history can be found in this cool three story historic home. Audio Video specialists have we got one for you.

--As a fundraiser for WBEZ Sheridan Estate Sales II will be selling a limited amount of “Devout Catalyst with Ken Nordine, Jerry Garcia, and David Grisman” at $20/CD. Our portion of the proceeds will be donated.--

Friday Update: More than 30 waiting to enter our sale. A fantastic day as we were able to sell out much of the studio level . And the stove sold! More fascinating pieces are still left. We look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
