- We do not accept checks
- We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during the sale
- All sales are final so please inspect purchases carefully
- If purchasing large items please bring help
- Starting in January, 2024 we will charge 3% for Credit/Debit card purchases. But we do accept Zelle and Apple Pay at no charge
- We honor a list that is started by the first person there the morning of. We do not hand out numbers
If a photo was removed from any of our sales that does not mean that it was pre-sold. It might mean that it was removed by the homeowner (even though it is stated in our contract, it still happens) or the photo was replaced with a re-staged photo.
The best way to contact us during the week of a sale is by TEXT.
We may not be able to answer your call or text the morning that a sale starts.
