The merchandise is sold as is, where is. No returns or exchanges. Numbers will be given out at 8 a.m. on the day of the sale. A bid box is available for you to leave a bid, which will be viewed at the end of the day. CASH or good CHECK.

We have found so many more good items that we decided to have a second sale.

I think people missed a side door of the garage where there are antique windows, screens and screen door

This was a law office for 45 years and was built in 1929.This sale includes items from two estates, items left in the house, stored

in outbuildings and the antique furnishing of the office. This includes desks and bookshelves.

There is a solid OAK built-in office that was built for $3,000. in the 1970's. This deserves a second look for the quality is perfect. This could be adapted for a kitchen. There are two matching wardrobes.

More details: 2 drawer immigrant trunk, blue wardrobe, walnut wardrobe, conference table, Boule, spool leg dining table extending 10', cherry spool leg game table, Queen Ann love seat ,brass  riverboat light fixture, tiger maple and cherry drop-leaf stand. There is also a perfect oak commode(small dresser) and maple dresser with mirror and wig cabinet. There are 3 oriental rugs.

There are several old prints, oil paintings, original engravings and watercolors.

Many smalls, parts, tools, 2 riding lawn mower and stuff available in the garage. This includes exercising equipment such as treadmill, very old bike, and the pulley exercising thing ( as seen on TV). There is some really interesting furniture in the garage with great potential for the decorator or crafter or repurpose designer..

This a 19 th century oil painting of a woman with her hand on a dog. In the back you can see an interior.This is an antique  cherry spool leg game table.This is a 1950 watercolor, signed and painted in IowaThis is another view of the filing cabinet. It was in a Sheboygan Wisconsin's law office.This an early framed, Victorian mirror. The entire back is a single board.This a very adaptable turning book or binder stand and each shelf turns independently. I could see a cookbook collection or classics placed there. The binders are included.This is a set of 4 painted East lake chairs. This caned seats are in excellent condition. The chairs are also in great condition and could be used now.This is an Eli terry clock from 1820 with original wooden works, face and minor case repair.This a very fine porcelain figurine with the cross sword mark. It is sitting on a elegant lamp stand (no drilling) so it could be a lamp base.This is an early podium.This a on oil painting of a harbor.This is an19 th century oil painting of a forest with a figure. I cannot read the signature.A view showing the attractive back leg of the loveseat.  The blue oriental shown is available.This was such a large area that it was difficult to photograph. This is the solid oak before mentioned built-in desk, cupboards, shelves and  all of this put in for $3,000. in the 1970's. The next  photograph is one of the 2 matching wardrobes. This would be terrific in a kitchen or hobby room.This is a signed and dated oil painting. It is signed Stevens and dated 1872.  It is painted on a board. The gold leaf frame is original.This is th hepplewhite desk with handsome inlay. The top is protected with glass.This is a very old tool chest , with tools and brass corners.  This is as found and the brass is not polished.Interior of the tool chest.This is view of the walnut spool legged dining table with some of the leaves and this drop leaf table would extend to 10' feet.This is a 1950's cherry Queen Ann styled  high boy with bat wing hardware. There is a large dresser, handsome mirror and night stand that is available and can all be purchased separately.This a lift top commode with original paint and shown with the top open. Within the antique fieldThis is blue painted cottage wardrobe.This a cherry and tiger maple stand, with interesting pencil shaped legs.This is an early chest that is inlaid and has the male and female figures on the  corners. This may be rough but with imagination it could be elegant. Ask the owner about how to restore it. Detail of the chest.Parian card players. Antique.This is about. 20"-21 1/2 "  bowl with interesting butterfly repairs on the bottom. This looks to be early 19 th century. The bowl has become an oval from natural shrinkage with age.This one of two oak wardrobes that match the built-in desk. The desk plus these two units are perfect.This a late 19 century (or earlier) chair with good carving and ready to be covered. The chair is sound and has the muslin all ready for recovering.Top view of the oak desk. This is out of sequence however it shows the top much better than the other photograph.This a handsome Queen Ann chair with good carving, and cover. The chair is sound. This is the brass river boat chandelier. This is all original.This is a 1940's lamp with shade.This a signed and dated oil painting of a boy. The artist signed in the lower right "Louis Dimitroff" and dated 4-9-55. He died in 1977. Ask Art has him listed.These are the dated spy prints, quality framing.This a group of framed engravings. The two harbor scenes are achieved from a multiple engraving process. Published in Paris, France. in 1830. The  men engraving is a multiple engraving process in authentic mandarin costumes of old China.This a very early print of a country side. The frame is very very heavy and has been together for a long time.This an oil on can us of a fisherman. Signed K. K. Liember.   This is an oil on can us of a horse with original frame.This is a Victoria in perfect condition with the original label on the back however it was difficult to photograph. The hand crank and extra needles in the  original tin container will be with the cashier. The best part is that it plays beautifully. One brass nob is missing. This is a lovely maple dresser from 1890's. Jessie Case of Sutton Nebraska bought this the first year she taught school. The mirror is fine, just dirty from storage.This is a tiger maple stand with spoon feet. and a nicely curved top. This table is about 20 years old however it is much darker than photographed. This was photographed to show the excellent turned stool with a rush top, an original top. This came out of the 1920's Sheboygan, Wisconsin estate. This has some of the finest  turning that I have seen. This is a perfect circa 1900 oak commode or small dresser. This was part of an families estate  that homesteaded in Nebraska and then they  refinished it 40 years ago. There is a glass that they used to maintain the perfect top and it is available.This is a rare immigrant trunk with two drawers.Sale PictureThis a Victorian break front, probably ash. The marble has been repaired but still is attractive..
