Payment Accepted: CASH Preferred. Square accepted on sales $25 or higher (2.6% fee + .10). NO CHECKS.

Sale will be held in the House, Front Garage, back screened Patio & back Garage. We reserve the right to limit the amount of people to enter the sale at a time.

- All items sold AS IS. Please examine items before purchasing. All SALES are FINAL! We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges.
- All items must be removed by THE END OF SALE. (For large items (i.e., furniture) must be purchased up front & sale is final. Will mark item with SOLD sign to reserve your purchase until pickup, which is at the end of the sale on Saturday, 9/23 between 3-5pm. Bring help to load larger items. Not responsible for damage while moving/loading your purchase.)
- Please be respectful and remember you are shopping in someone's home.
- Our prices are FIRM until later on the final day of the sale.
- We will hold items for purchase only while shopping.
- Open boxes welcome, large backpacks, purses and bags will NOT be allowed.
- We will only have a limited number of boxes and packaging, please be prepared and bring your own for purchases.
- We do NOT help move large furniture, please have your own help available.
- We cannot be responsible for any accidents, injuries or liabilities outside or inside the home that may occur during the estate sale. Enter at your own risk.
- No strollers allowed, and small children must be supervised.
