Description & Details

SPECIAL NOTICE:  Due to size and quantity of items in this sale  - we will open the house at noon and the shed at 1 pm. Both are FULL.

Signup list will be valid for both parts.

Large old country estate with the two-story home (beginning at noon) and outbuildings - loaded with primitives (beginning at 1 pm).  Both portions have LOTS of items.

This sale is located between Stanford and Danvers.  Drive 8 and 1/2 miles straight west of Farm and Fleet starting on Rt 9 (but, where Rt 9 turns into Danvers and 122 goes into Stanford, stay straight - no turns until you get to the property).  It will be easy to find - just stay westbound on Townline Road.  Watch for our blue signs with yellow/black arrows.
