Not responsible for accidents. All items sold as-is, where-is. All sales final.
Numbers will not be given out. Customers are responsible for holding their own place in line. Moving large items is the responsibility of the purchaser.
9am-5pm Sat, 9am-noon then noon - 5pm Sun. (we close from noon - 1pm for lunch on Sunday) The line will then again form for admittance at 1pm.

Our Kirkland Summer Sale contains several combined smaller estates plus additional items from the Marilynn Madden Downsizing sale. In addition, the museum quality Rosemaling Collection from Dean & Marilynn Madden will be on display and available for on-line only bidding through liveauctioneers.com.
