·         We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.

·         We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards but we charge a 3% service fee for all Credit & Debt Cards.

·        We do not accept Checks.

·         Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.

·         We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.

·         All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 

·         Sale Hours:

Friday 10am to 3pm. 

·        A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.

·         Numbers are given out at 9am Friday; you must be present to receive one.

·         Friday 50% Off Most Items – All reasonable offers will be accepted!

·         This is a Private Sale and we do reserve the right to denying entry to the sale at our discretion.

·         Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.

From N Milwaukee Avenue and Inverrary Lane in Deerfield, IL

Take Inverrary Lane west to Winston Drive.

Turn right (north) on Winston  to Hummingbird Lane.

The townhouse is 518 and is on the north side of the street.

Please park on the west side of Winston Drive or in the guest parking places only please.
