We only accept cash and credit cards.
We do not accept Bank, third party, payroll or personal checks.
All items are sold as is, and all sales are final, no exchanges or refunds. Your are personally responsible to inspect the condition of your purchase.
Sometimes items are removed from a sale after they have been photographed and posted, please check the day before the sale updates.
Prices are not available before the sale. ORA reserves the right to determine when a pre-sale is appropriate.
Purchases must be removed by 2:00 PM on the last day of the sale.
Our staff is not available to assist you in moving your purchases, you must bring help, transportation, and moving supplies.
We will only honor a list the morning of the sale.
ORA is not responsible for accidents or injuries or any items left behind.

Restoration Decor Sale is a mix of furniture, lighting, decorative items, art work, hardware, rugs, lighting accessories, power tools and tools.
ORA Direct
ORA now offers you a way to buy items pre-sale called ORA Direct.
You can now purchase select estate sale ahead of the sale with your charge or debit card.
It’s easy to use, here is how it works:
Select the item by the number under the picture.
Give ORA a call at 773-319-8813 and tells us the number and discription of the item (s) what you’d like to buy.
Give us your card information and we will charge it for you through our secure PNC’s Clover charge system.
When you pick up the item you will receive a copy of your charge to sign.
Our charge system accepts all major credit and debit cards.
You can then pick up your item during the sale days and hours.
On larger items please remember to bring your oun help, truck, and moving
supplies.
(Items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.)
