This beautiful home is a jewel in the neighborhood and features interesting antique furniture, mid-century furniture and some more recent pieces. There are lots of kitchen and garden items too!
In addition, the homeowner's daughter will be presenting her collection of vintage clothing, including a number of dresses from the 40s, hats, gloves etc. The homeowner's daughter-in-law is offering a a large selection of beads and other findings, great for jewelry making. There are trade beads, metal beads, horn, bone and other pieces, mostly from Africa. These beads have been in storage for 12 years and were remaining after her friend's bead store La Primitif on Wells St. in Chicago closed its doors.
