• All items are sold as-is. Please examine items before purchasing. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• We cannot be responsible for any accidents; enter at your own risk.
• Please make arrangements for moving heavy items such as furniture and appliances. If you need to return with a truck, we will mark the item as "Sold" if you have either paid in full or left a substantial cash deposit. A receipt will be given.
• Local delivery of large items can be arranged for a fee at a later time.
• We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion.
• Be respectful of neighborhood residents’ lawns and driveways.

No public restroom, there is a gas station on corner however. There will be some items such as the tractor, and mower and firearms and a few other higher ticket items that we will be taking offers. Otherwise everything will be priced annd be reduced ans the sale proceeds . Thursday all prices firm, no discounts. Also parking will have instructions, as there is drop offs on each side of road and no place to park on side of road. There will be a parking sign and 2 red cones to drive between to park in the open field at side of home. Don’t drive in driveway! That’s for large pickups only!! So watch for signs to park on the property. There is no sign up sheet. The buildings will be open just to walk in, we will use carts and wheelbarrows to load your items to checkout. The house will be open shorter hours on Friday and Saturday as not a whole lot in there. And furniture and appliances are also all on marketplace.
