We accept cash or a good check with an i.d. We will accept Credit Cards with any major credit card for purchases of $100 or more. Merchandise needs to be picked up by Monday unless special arrangements are made. Please bring your own vehicle and muscle to move heavy items, (Occasionally we have people that can help load your item into your vehicle, but just as often we don't so please bring help, or we can recommend inexpensive strong brawny types with a truck; they are great movers.) Ask to sign our email list - you'll get your notices of our sales sooner!

First of all, thank you to all our faithful customers and new friends who shared a chunk of their Labor Day Weekend to attend our sale on Cornell in Downers Grove! What a terrific and fun sale with beautiful items! Thanks to our friend B for the wonderful referral…you are simply the best!
This week’s sale is only about a mile or two from our last one. Our homeowners are moving and downsizing, so they have LOTS of treasures they are parting with. Their “villa” or townhome, is also for sale, and if you’ve ever had the pleasure to visit the Villas of Bending Oaks you’ll know that these villas are highly desirable, with first floor master suites, full finished basement, wonderful screened in patio, lovely garden, two car garage and so much more…highly livable and a perfect use of space and great location about a minute from I-355.
