We accept cash, check or card (3.5% surcharge). Please bring help to load items. Boxes and packing are often recommended. No early bird appointments or early sales. Garage entry. The owners and estate sale company request no pets/animals in the home. Entry sign-up list will be posted by 2 pm on Thursday and 7 am on Saturday.

Beautiful large home in suburban Downs - just southeast of Bloomington and Normal, IL near the Freedom gas station on Towanda Barnes Road. Watch for our blue signs and yellow arrows.

This well-kept, pet-free home features lots of unusual and interesting items.  Great collection of 1990s toys - some in original packaging plus mid-century modern items in excellent condition.  

No early sales - we will post an entry sign-up list by 2 pm on Thursday, May 2.  This is a large home.  Garage entry.
