Pick It Fence Estate Sale!

Pick It Fence Estate Sale this weekend at 11136 Moate Rd, Durand.  (On 75 between Shirland before Durand).  Friday and Saturday, August 2nd & 3rd.  9:00-4:00 With a sign up sheet both mornings at 8:00am. 

Thirty plus years of accumulation! Quantity, quantity quantity!

We have 3 jukeboxes for sale, a 1990’s Rowe AMI CD jukebox, a 1978 Rowe AMI 45 record jukebox and a 1964 Rock Ola commercial jukebox. Aristocrat slot machine, Some Elvis paintings and memorabilia, Nevada vintage toy slot machine, vintage barware, glassware, some sports collectibles, books, cds, vhs, a few albums, radios, clocks and misc. electronics.

Packed garage with lots of Amerock brass items, some Starritt engineering tools and micrometers, tools, small chainsaws, garden items, painters equipment, pressure washer, way too much misc. to list. Snow plow, swing set, patio furniture, concrete bench base, concrete lawn decorations.  Garage refrigerator, sanders, drills, hand tools, chemicals, nuts bolts etc.

Two packed holiday rooms, two packed closets of women’s clothing, shoes, coats and purses, lots of home decor of all styles.

Office supplies, toys, games, kitchen items, boxes and boxes of canning jars, linens, costume jewelry, paintings and candles. Twin bed, full bed, recliner, plant stands, end tables, chests and trunk.

Formal living room furniture, oak china cabinet and dining table, large lighted oak entertainment center. Lots of Tupperware, personal care items, very nice treadmill and other exercise equipment. There’s way too much to list. 

Credit cards will be accepted with a 4% service charge.  Everything will be Sold "As Is" and All Sales are Final, NO RETURNS, so please inspect your items carefully!  We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.  We DO NOT have people available to move heavy items so plan to bring help for your big items.  Please be respectful when parking.  Do not park on the neighbors lawns or block their mailboxes or driveways.  No prices will be posted before sale. No early sales.
