By purchasing merchandise or participating in an event at Treazured Memories, customers agree to the applicable store policies and terms below.

MERCHANDISE & CONDITION

Treazured Memories sells a variety of merchandise that may include new, pre-owned, vintage, antique, estate, collectible, seasonal and one-of-a-kind items.

Condition, age, completeness, packaging and functionality may vary.

Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect merchandise before purchasing and ask questions prior to completing a transaction.

SALES & RETURNS

Unless otherwise specifically posted or stated at the time of purchase, used, vintage, antique, collectible, clearance, seasonal and special-event merchandise is FINAL SALE.

No refunds, returns or exchanges on final-sale merchandise except where required by applicable law.

Any return or exchange rights offered on qualifying new merchandise will be governed by the policy posted or provided at the time of purchase.

TRADING CARDS & COLLECTIBLES

Opened trading-card products and other opened collectible products are FINAL SALE, except where otherwise required by law.

Treazured Memories does not guarantee future market value, resale value or third-party grading results for collectibles.

Customers should inspect collectible merchandise before purchasing.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change before purchase.

Special sales, promotions and event pricing may be subject to additional terms, dates, quantity limits and availability.

Treazured Memories may correct obvious pricing or labeling errors before completing a transaction.

LIMITED QUANTITIES

Many items are unique or available in limited quantities.

Merchandise is generally available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Items pictured or advertised on social media are not guaranteed to remain available.

No rain checks unless specifically offered.

HOLDS

Merchandise is not considered reserved or sold until payment has been received unless management has specifically approved another arrangement.

PAYMENT

Treazured Memories accepts approved forms of payment available at checkout, including cash and eligible credit, debit and contactless payments processed through Square.

CHILDREN

Children are welcome but must be appropriately supervised by a responsible adult.

Children may not climb on shelving, fixtures, displays, furniture or merchandise.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children in their care.

CUSTOMER CONDUCT

Customers are expected to treat employees, other customers, merchandise and the premises respectfully.

Threatening, harassing, destructive, unsafe or unlawful behavior is prohibited.

Treazured Memories reserves the right to ask an individual to leave or refuse service when permitted by applicable law.

STORE SAFETY

Customers should use reasonable care while shopping and follow posted safety instructions.

Please immediately report spills, broken merchandise, damaged displays or other potential hazards to an employee.

Customers should not enter employee-only, storage or otherwise restricted areas without authorization.

LARGE ITEMS

Customers purchasing large or heavy merchandise should make appropriate arrangements for transportation and loading.

Any special pickup arrangements must be approved by management.

PHOTOGRAPHY & SOCIAL MEDIA

Personal photography is permitted unless otherwise posted or directed by management.

Customers are encouraged to tag Treazured Memories when sharing their purchases or experiences.

Permission will be obtained when appropriate before Treazured Memories intentionally uses an identifiable customer's photograph for promotional purposes.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Treazured Memories may conduct seasonal sales, trading events, contests, giveaways, promotional events and other special activities.

Additional event-specific terms may apply and will be posted or otherwise communicated when appropriate.

POLICY CHANGES

Treazured Memories may update these policies as business needs change, subject to applicable law.

The terms applicable to a transaction will be those in effect at the time of that transaction.
