General Sale Rules & Guidelines
- We accept Cash, Venmo, and Zelle.... NO CHECKS!
- All sales are final
- Not responsible for any accidents or injuries
- NO PRICES GIVEN OUT BEFORE THE SALE AND NO PRE SALES
- Watched list will be honored......no numbers given out. We go off the list when we open
- We reserve the right to refuse service to patrons; and if we deem that a price tag has been altered or changed we reserve the right to not sell that item) for
that price and take it out of the sale.
- Bring help to load your purchases.
- Purchased items must be brought home the day of purchase. Large furniture pieces must be picked up during sale hours before 2pm on Tuesday, July 23rd or
purchased items will become property of the estate owner and no refund will be given.
- Customers are responsible for holding and moving their own items. Items sell on a first come, first serve basis.
- Have respect for neighbors, please do not block driveways, fire hydrants, etc
