This is a CASH ONLY sale. No refunds or returns once items have been purchased. Homeowner is NOT responsible for any accidents that occur on the property so please be careful when looking at merchandise. You must also bring your own muscle and trucks to load in heavy items. This service is NOT provided.

There will be numbers given out the morning of the sale. There will be separate numbers given for the garage/yard and for the house. There will be a sign up sheet by garage for those numbers and a sign up sheet by front door for the house. Should there be any unruly behavior or unacceptable behavior, you will be asked to leave. Please be respectful of the staff and other customers.
