Were you at our first barn sale this summer? Then you know how much fun it was and how much stuff we sold at blow-out prices.
That was phase one (lower barn) ... so on to phase two!
** RAIN OR SHINE ** Kindly pray for shine. If it doesn't shine, you might want a pair of boots.
Now, we're emptying the barn's loft (it's stuffed) and the garage (ditto) with all sorts of estate items, including tons of furniture, tables full of smalls, electronics, appliances, tools ... whatever we've accumulated through the years that need to get gone.
We've had a busy past several weeks putting together estate sales, so we'll be working right up to the day getting things set up for your shopping pleasure.
Pictures will just have to be a tease this time ... our tent is no competition for the weather we've been having so we're literally keeping things under wraps for now!
If I can get you some shots before Friday morning, I'll post up. But here's what I know: you're going to find an eclectic assortment of ages, sizes, colors and styles of furniture, including tables, chairs, cabinets, dressers, lamps, artwork, and accessory pieces. Some pieces just need a good dusting and cleaning, and other pieces ... well ... they'll need more work!
We've filled the barn with table upon table of smalls -- from crystal to china, figurines to toys, tools to kitchenware, etc. There are books of all ages, some great ephemera, and tools and electronics.
We will also -- for the first time -- have lot bags of costume jewelry, tiny treasures, and even a showcase that includes sterling, as well as 10k, 14k, and 18k jewelry.
DON'T MISS THIS SALE ... WE WON'T DO THIS AGAIN UNTIL THE SPRING!
