Our numbers are passed out 1/2 hour before we open. You must be present to get a number, and also be present when your number is called.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express all cheerfully accepted over $20 at no additional charge. No personal checks.

Shoppers must be able to remove their purchases by themselves; we do not have "muscle" available.

Everything is sold as-is, where-is. All sales are final.

We aren't nearly as concerned about how little you pay for it as we are how much of it you buy!

Jay and Kathy are heading to Florida (for real this time) ..... the house is sold ... the closing was super fast .... so you're invited to our very last sale:  we're selling everything in the house, the yard, all of our cool stuff from collecting and estate buy-outs, all our estate sale supplies .... if it's here, we're selling it. 

 

If you've been to our barn sales in the past: you know the drill -- bring the van and bring a friend.

We will be open from 9 until 3 on Friday and Saturday, and will open again on Sunday to blow out whatever is left. Nothing can go back into storage, so we are super serious about having fun selling all this off!

Numbers will be passed out at 8:30. A watched list can be kept to set the queue for our numbers, but once we pass out numbers, the list is void. You must be present for a number, and when your number is called or you'll be passed over.
