TERMS & CONDITIONS: Valid U.S. issued, positive photo ID required at check-in. Cash, approved check, Visa/MC, Discover. 13% buyers premium with a 3% discount for cash or check payments. State law effective 1/1/21 requires us to collect a 7% sales tax. Those with a sales tax exemption must provide a copy of that certification. We do not accept checks from US Bank. Items purchased must be paid for on auction day. Removals must be completed no later than 60 minutes after the auction or between 9-NOON on the following Sunday if notification is given on auction day. We will not be responsible for items not picked up within these parameters. We accept absentee bids only after the item(s) has been inspected on auction day. We do not offer Internet or phone bidding.
